Blendworth Crescent,  Havant

We worked with Portmouth CC to develop concept designs and outline masterplans (RIBA Stage 2) for a number of schemes in Havant and Portsmouth.

Blendworth Crescent was an awkward site and heavily constraint.  The agreed layout included a total of 48 houses and flats.  Scheme was completed by PCC
