We have experience of working on Affordable Housing projects.  We collaborated with Guinness Hermitage and proceeded to develop designs for 25 houses and flats on the brownfield site.  Units are generous ins size and layout and the development was extremely well received by both Havant Council and local residents and affectionately referred to as the "Scandinavian scheme".  Constructed by PMC Construction with technical design by Martin Ralph Group.
