Pocock Street, London

Another project working with Spec.  We were asked to draw up proposals for a complete renovation of the ground floor.  The speculative project  sees the old cellular office plan transformed into a mostly open plan layout with meeting pods, new cellular rooms and improved kitchen and staff facilities.

Our input included  Concept layouts, Complete set of fit out drawings, detailed design of specific elements.  We also acted as Principle Designers.
