The Dairy,  Catherington

One of our regular clients put forward an ambitious development on this rural site.  The proposed 9 houses, took inspiration from the agricultural barns and character of the area.  A variation to the scheme running in parallel is for 7 unit Self Build.   

The schemes were resubmitted for full Planning February 2024.
